Watstock is a small family-run farm in The Weald of Kent, with fine views to the North Downs. The farm is mostly pasture, and has a flock of sheep, some cattle & a pig. Each Easter the numbers are swelled by new lambs and a pig litter.

Both Chiddingstone National Trust Village and Penshurst are within 2 miles, Sevenoaks - 8 miles, Tonbridge - 8 miles, Royal Tunbridge Wells – 9 miles, East Grinstead - 8 miles. M25 Junctions 5 & 6 are respectively 9 and 10 miles. Hildenborough Station for central London (timetabled 40 mins) – 6 miles. Penshurst Station 3 miles for Gatwick Airport - 18 miles by road.

Both Barns have been awarded 4 Star Ratings under the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism scheme.
